Zhao Gang: We’d like to make a little change to the itinerary.（我们想对行程表做一下更改。）12-15s

画面：赵手里拿出行程表。

Miss Brown: What would you like?（要改哪个地方呢？）15-16s

Zhao Gang: Well, the members wonder if we can cancel one attraction to have more time to enjoy the scenic spots.（我的游客们想知道我们是否能够取消掉一个景点。这样的话，我们就有更多的时间，去参观其他风景景区。）17-24s

画面：布朗女士做摇头状。

Miss Brown: It’s a little difficult.(25-27s) Because the itinerary is settled, I can’t change it myself. (28-31s)I have to inform my agency and all the group members must agree to the change. And, I’m afraid we won’t be able to return any ticket money.(32-41s)（这有点困难，因为行程表是安排好的，我自己无权修改。我必须和我的公司联系，而且必须所有的游客都全部同意修改。另外恐怕我们不能退票。）

Miss Brown: I see. OK, I’ll see what I can do. Is there anything else?(56-60s)（好我明白了，还有其他的吗？）
